Shannon Katschilo, Country Manager and Head of Canada at Snowflake, brings over 15 years of experience in client relations and team leadership.
She focuses on expanding Snowflake's presence in Canada with a data-first approach, having previously achieved remarkable success at Medallia.
At Medallia, Shannon served as General Manager and AVP of Sales, achieving a 600% increase in new clients through innovative strategies. She actively shares her expertise through industry events and is dedicated to promoting female leadership and diversity in data-driven decision-making. Shannon holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies, Business, and Environment from the University of Waterloo.

Paul has more than 10 years’ experience in data analytics, data science and engineering with a focus on large-scale data platforms and deriving business value using advanced engineering and data science techniques.
Paul heads data practices at AIR MILES®, driving data-centricity with scalable reporting, advanced AI, and partnership tools. He led projects like the AIR MILES Data Platform, SPECTRUM, SMOKEY, and PRECISION algorithms, and airmiles.AI for partners' self-service needs.
Paul holds a Master’s in Management Analytics from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Accounting from Ryerson University.

Pierre Jr Cliche is strong of more than a decade of experience in the field.
He has led the Eastern Canadian presence of Onica, the world's largest pureplay AWS consulting firm until its acquisition by Rackspace in 2019. Now president of Infostrux, one of North America's leading next-generation data services consulting firms, he helps world-class enterprises hone their data-driven edge.
Pierre also takes an active part in the Canadian entrepreneurial community as a mentor, speaker and angel investor.
